To help with the seemingly ever-increasing cost of living, we offer our tenants a refund of their Council Tax on each anniversary of the tenancy.
We insist on high quality accommodation, conveniently located for Key Worker commutes. We will renovate and redecorate to as close to "as new" standard as we can.
We have partnered with a respected management services company who shares our values so that we can ensure that any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly.
We currently support our Key Worker tenants by an annual Council Tax refund.
In future, as we grow, we hope to introduce further forms of thank you.
Terms and conditions
We are focusing our efforts on households with at least 1 Key Worker, provided that the Key Worker earns £40,000 per year or less.
For now, given that we have a limited number of properties, we are prioritising NHS and teachers but we will expand our list of Key Workers as soon as possible.
To qualify for the Council Tax refund, we just ask that the property is kept in a good condition (allowing for fair wear and tear) and that all rental payments in the year are made on time.
